Mary DeLeo, Esq.
Mary K. DeLeo is a Shareholder in the Trusts & Estates practice group with the Law Firm Weintraub Tobin in Sacramento, California. Her practice focuses on trust and estate litigation, trust and estate administration, conservatorships, fiduciary representation, special needs trust administration, and planning for incapacity.
Mary has successfully represented clients in trust and probate litigation controversies, including trust and will contest, beneficiary/trustee disputes, fiduciary abuse claims, accounting issues, financial elder abuse claims, and a wide variety of both contested and uncontested trust and probate litigation matters. She also represents clients in administering probates and trusts.
Danielle Diebert, Esq.
Danielle is a senior attorney in the Firm’s Trusts and Estates practice group. Her practice focuses on all aspects of trust and estate litigation, including contested trust and probate administration, and contested conservatorships.
Danielle earned her J.D. with distinction from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law and graduated as a member of the Roger J. Traynor Honor Society for academic achievement. While in law school, Danielle took courses in environmental law and intellectual property and obtained the Witkin Award for academic excellence in Patent Prosecution.
