Ricsie Hernandez, Esq.
Ricsie M. Hernandez is a San Diego attorney employed by the law firm of Brierton, Jones & Jones, LLP. Ms. Hernandez focuses her practice on probate, conservatorship, guardianship, and trust administration matters. Ms. Hernandez has presented to the State Bar of California and the Professional Fiduciary Association of California on topics including withdrawing life sustaining treatment, fiduciary powers, and sales of real property. Ms. Hernandez is also an active member of the Probate Attorneys of San Diego and the San Diego County Bar Association’s Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law Section. Prior to being admitted to the State Bar, Ms. Hernandez worked as a Court Operations Clerk for the Superior Court of California County of San Diego, served as a judicial extern to the Honorable William R. Nevitt, Jr., retired, at the Superior Court of California County of San Diego, and volunteered at the Legal Aid Society Conservatorship Clinic.
