Patti Gerkei relocated to San Diego more than 30 years ago and has been a consistently successful sales and marketing professional. Having been a healthcare provider and educator, along with her 12-year journey taking care of her parents, Patti has become passionate about the quality of life and family harmony for the aging adult.
Patti co-founded the Senior Stay or Go™ Program and co-hosts the “Senior Stay or Go™” TV show, to educate and advocate on behalf of our seniors and their family members. After graduating and teaching in the Dental Hygiene Dept. at the Loyola University of Chicago, she continued her education and received her MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management. She has worked with Fortune 500 and start-up companies targeting global markets in the medical device industry. These experiences have allowed her to become a compassionate listener and a strong negotiator, skills that bring successful results for her clients.

Ron’s passion for real estate and our aging adult’s quality of life has resulted in the co-founding of the Senior Stay or Go™ Program. Ron is the co-host of, “Senior Stay or Go™” a TV show that advocates, entertains, informs, and educates the public about issues facing today’s senior population.
After graduating from college with a business degree, Ron earned his CPA license and then an MBA from the University of Southern California. Ron’s forty-plus years experience in management of a mid-size manufacturing company, financial planning, mortgage banking, and real estate sales earned him the vast experience and expertise to negotiate well on behalf of his clients along with understanding the humanistic side of real estate.
Ron prides himself in knowing all the ins and outs of San Diego County and what drives the market. Whether fundraising for the YMCA or bell ringing for the Salvation Army, Ron looks to connect with people. He works well with the first time home buyers, those looking to move to a bigger homestead, and those simply looking to “rightsize”. The ultimate team player, his real estate focus on probate, estate, and trust sales have allowed him to forge strategic alliances with estate planning attorneys, private fiduciary’s, bank trust officers, and financial advisors.
