How to deal with difficult people - a Judicial Perspective

“Judge David L Belz is currently assigned to the Probate Department in Orange County Superior Court.  In his legal career he was a trial attorney in private practice for 32 years before his appointment to the Orange County Bench in 2009.   He served 5 years in family court and is currently assigned to the probate court and handles long cause probate trials.   He is a faculty member for the Judicial Council of California Center for Judicial Education and Research (CJER) and has taught numerous classes in family law and probate law.   Judge Belz has a passion for civility and professionalism in the courts.  He will provide some interesting insights into how best to deal with difficult people from an ethical, physiology of the brain and practical standpoint.”
